accessibility and inlusion.

  • summary.

Our goal is to make this event as accessible to as many in our community as possible.

Please let us know if there are any additional considerations we could make so that our event is more comfortable for you to attend!

  • building info.

The venue is located at 2931 First Ave. S., Suite A, Seattle. WA 98134.

All public areas of the show are located on one level, with no steps into the venue from the street.

We will have welcome stations at both the front and back of the building so that you may enter the event as conveniently as possible.

  • parking.

There is ample free street parking on First Ave S as well as many paid and unpaid lots conveniently located in the neighborhood. There are paid lots directly across the street and just south of the venue.

There is limited parking behind the venue accessed via the alleyway. All of these spaces are reserved for those with accessible parking permits/needs.

  • childcare.

Childcare for up to 20 children aged 3+ will be provided courtesy of A-List Nanny Services. Please let us know if you’d like to utilize childcare when you register for the event.

  • covid policy.

We ask that all attendees and vendors are vaccinated against COVID-19 and mask during the event. Day-of testing is also strongly encouraged.

  • restrooms.

The venue has two restrooms. Both are gender neutral. In the lobby, there is one single occupancy and wheelchair accessible restroom. The second restroom is a 2-stall restroom located in the main space.

  • seating.

Chairs will be provided as part of the stage program and folks are welcome to use them to rest as needed during the event as well.

  • scents.

This is not a scent free space, but we have asked our vendors to refrain from wearing any synthetic fragrances. We also ask that our attendees please refrain from wearing any perfume or cologne. We are working towards offering a low scent space.

  • alcohol.

No alcohol will be served at this event.

  • quiet space.

Quiet space is available on the second level of the building which is accessed by a flight of stairs. Unfortunately due to the constraints of building this is not a fully accessible space.

We’ve discussed this as a team and will consider quiet space as part of accessibility needs when planning future events.
